Program Information
Panther Playhouse is a State-Licensed Day Care program.
We can accommodate children between the ages of 3 and 12.
All children must be toilet trained and be able to help them self in the restroom.
New Hours of Operation
The Panther Playhouse will be open from 7:00am -6:00pm Monday through Friday during the school
year. We make every attempt to be open in case of school closing due to inclement weather. Please
check your local radio or television station or the school website for closing updates or give us a call
before leaving home. If school closes early, Panther Playhouse will likely remain open.
Fees/Rates
We charge on an hourly basis. The cost is $3.25 per hour for one child and $2.25 for each additional
sibling using the center at the same time. You will be billed weekly and expected to keep your account
current.
Rest Time
Children who are kindergarten age or younger will be expected to rest during the scheduled rest time.
We recommend that you send in a small blanket and pillow for your child to use on our cots. Each child
will have a basket to store his/her belongings in.
Activities
We offer daily activities for our younger group as well as homework time for our older groups. We have
daily outdoor time (weather permitting); therefore, all children should have proper outside attire. We
encourage that an extra set of clothes be kept at our center for after school play or in case of accident.
Donations
You may be asked to bring in donations occasionally; such as paper products or other classroom
supplies. A request will be sent with your child if we are in need of anything.
Required Paperwork
Remember that your child cannot attend our program without the following forms returned to us:
Proof of Current Immunizations
Current Child Information Card
Current Physical (within 1 year)
Current Registration Form (schedule)
Current Signed Handbook Page
Child Placement Contract
NO CHILD will be released to anyone without written authorization from the parent/legal guardian or
without proper identification. This policy is very important for the safety of your child.
